2.What is ASTM A182 F5 Flanges?
A182 F5 Alloy Steel Blind Flanges are manufactured without a bore and can be used to blank off the ends of Valves, piping and pressure vessel openings. From the perspective of internal pressure and bolt loading, these A182 F5 Alloy Steel Blind Flanges, particularly in the larger sizes, tend to be the most highly stressed flange types. AS A182 F5 RTJ Flanges could have a raised face with a ring groove machined into it.
